A commercial fee generally costs from 100% to 300% of the price of the commissioned work, depending on the scale of the commercial purpose and the work in question.

The commercial fee may be purchased separately of the artwork, i.e. you may commission me for personal work at first and then pay the fee at a separate time, once you make the decision that you'd like to use it for commercial purposes.

This is not a rush fee. This simply means that you get to cut in line.

I will keep your character private until you're ready to reveal them. Let me know when your debut / reveal is and I'll be more than happy to promote it for you as well. :)

This means visible genitalia and sex scenes.

Please just be clear as to what you want.

Price increase does not apply to: artistic nudity, lewd/suggestive poses or bare breasts.

Any explicit nsfw commissions will not be shared on my social media accounts uncensored. However, you may post the uncensored illustration on your own profile (with credit).

No nsfw of underage characters!!! This includes 3000 year old vampires and dragons.

If you have a deadline, say so while ordering and I will tell you whether I can meet it or not. Pressuring me to work faster will only result in sloppy work and/or me cancelling your commission.

You will not be billed until I'm ready to start working on your commission.

I will need visual references of your character.

Payments are processed through VGen or PayPal invoicing.

The only currency I accept is EUR (if ordering through VGen, the prices are converted to your currency automatically).

No payment will be taken until I'm ready to start working on your comm.

Full payment upfront. For larger commissions (>500€) payment can be split 50/50, where I pause after the lineart & base colours are done.

If payment is not made within three days (72 hours) of receiving the invoice and without notice, the commission will be cancelled.

I do not offer refunds after starting work. I will refund you only if I cannot complete your commission due to personal reasons. If the sketch for the commission has already been completed, only a partial refund may be claimed.

If you are not satisfied with the piece I will not give refunds nor redo the piece. However, if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed to and you would like me to add them in, I will do my best to do and not charge for the changes.

This is a digital product. No physical copies will be sent.

The sketch is the only scheduled update. Feel free to ask for more updates, but know that it will delay the process. Consider checking my twitter, I often share WIPs (assuming it's not a secret commission)! I also update my trello as I make meaningful progress.

The sketch is your opportunity to ask for revisions. Once the sketch is approved, I will not accept any more major changes (pose, composition, costume).

When I complete the illustration, you may still ask for some minor edits (colour adjustment, missed details).

After I've sent the files, the commission is complete. You may not ask for changes to the illustration after the fact, unless it's for a fixable technical issue.

The final file(s) will be sent to your email in a .zip folder. For illustrations this usually includes: original file, resized version with a larger watermark, transparent versions (if applicable), and a thank you note. For emotes this includes the original 800 x 800 px size and 128 x 128 px size of each emote.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.

Please credit me in a visible and easily accessible place on your channel (i.e. bio) if you're using my art as your profile picture, header, stream assets or emotes. If you're reposting my art just include the credit in the post or the top comment.

I reserve the right to post my commissioned work to my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes. This includes live streams and sharing process recordings. These may include any SFW reference images you have given me.

You may not claim my art as your own. You may not copy, trace or resell my art.

You may not alter the artwork without my consent. Cropping or rotating the image is fine.

Any commissioned emote or badge may only be used on the channel it was commissioned for.

You may not use my art for commercial purposes unless we discussed and agreed on the usage beforehand.

You may print the artwork for personal use - as long as you’re not making monetary gains off of the work, you are free to make prints and stickers for yourself or for others as gifts.

You may not use my art to train AI or as NFT work in any way, shape or form.

My work includes a signature which you may not remove. Transparent files and icons will be provided without one.
